Yesterday I made what my daughter referred to as “Dirty Armpit Soup” but is widely known as seafood chowder by those who like food. Now I’m having some leftovers for lunch.

Today’s lunch is a mildly spicy chicken and rice soup I made last night.

Felt sore and pretty sure I ran a fever all of yesterday but managed to throw together something pretty damn tasty and satisfying (and quick!).

6 medium red taters

1 leek

4 tbsp butter

1 tsp Adobo

1 tbsp garlic

6 cups chicken broth

1 pint heavy cream

1/2 lbs haddock

1/2 lbs package of scallops muscles and clams.

I’m trying to cut back down to sub 10 BF (I’m at 14/15) for late spring so I had 2 cups of brown rice, 4 pork chops, a head of broccoli and two18inch slices of meat lovers pizza. (I eat 4000 calories a day when I’m focusing on weight loss haha)

Eh, mine wasn’t homemade I’m guessing yours was even better. But that said I’m not a fan of fish.
